Lets say that I am getting $ 200 a week, from Unemployment and I make $ 50 a week from my part-time job. Will my Unemployment benfits drop to $ 150 a week because of this?

Yes. If you don’t report the earnings, they can come after you later for fraud.
I hope so. People who have jobs shouldn’t be getting unemployment checks anyway. They are to help you get by until you do get employed. Hence the name UNemployment checks. Please don’t do like my brother-in-law did and try to keep your earnings under the cap so you still get “benefits”. Get as good a job as you can and don’t try to milk the system.
Yes. I don’t know if it’s a straight $ 1 reduction for every $ 1 earned, but they will reduce your unemployment compensation.
they have an amount that you can earn before they deduct form your benefits. check in your area. I think yours may be about 40.00 a week
my understanding is that you are allowed to make up to a certain amount everyweek and still collect your full benefit amount. you should look at your benefit sheet to find out as it will tell you. I have never collected unemployment however a friend of mine has and I have seen his info on the unemployment site that he files his weeks on.
