I have a research paper to write and need to interview a bank manager (in four different interviews) about the four functions of management: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. For the first interview I will be asking questions about planning. The paper has to be a little lengthy, so I want to ask the very best questions without taking up too much of the persons time. Any suggestions?

What is a typical work week like for you? Set schedule of meetings? What’s a daily schedule like? What are enjoyable parts of your job, parts you dislike? Do you find it hard to delegate your responsibilities?
