    Yes, if you are working less than 35 hours a week you can still draw some unemployment.

    When you report each week for your benefits, you will have to report the amount you are receiving in your part time job. They will deduct from your benefits unless you make to much in your parttime job, then you won’t receive a check. You will still be required to look for a fulltime job as long as your are receiving benefits of any amount from Unemployment.

    You should contact the office to verify.
