Question by The Kid: Is it acceptable to use defunct employers in your job history when filling out a job application or résumé?
Let’s say you held your current job for the last 10 years, and over this time most or all companies from your past jobs in your employment history no longer exists for whatever reason (ex: went out of business). And you also very likely lose touch with those references.
When filling out a job application or résumé, should you still include them anyways or do you just leave them out?

Use them any way so you dont have gaps in your employment history.
