I have a job interview at Subway tomorrow and I have never had an interview before.
I was wondering what typical job interview questions are. If you have gotten interviewed for Subway or any other sub places could you tell me what questions you were asked?
Also what do I need to bring to the interview? What do I need to know? What other things? Please help me! Thanks!

Some basic questions are as follows:
1. Why do you want to work here?
2. What is your biggest strength?
3. What is your biggest weakness?
4. How do you deal with conflict? Please give examples of how you were able to deal with it (this can be an example from work, school, etc.)
5. What do you know about the company?
You should bring your resume, a pen and something to write on.
They will ask you if you have any questions. Don’t ask about the salary. This is something that you can assume will be minimum wage or slightly above that. They will also ask if you have any questions for them. This is a good time to ask them some basic questions about them as you will want to make sure that you want to work there as well. The interview process is a two-way communication. Although this may be your first job, you want to make sure that the job is right for you.
Best of luck.

Typical questions might be something along the lines of “What do you like to do?” this is trick question, they aren’t actually askingyou if you get drunk and/or hang out with friends. Try and explain in the answer someting revelent to the job. I.e you like to work hard enjoy making money, helping people out…
