The food pantries are a great help. I go on occasion when I need to put my money elsewhere. When you do go shopping, have a list! The times I didn't I went overboard. I keep my heat down as low as possible and throw on something warm . I pay rent & car first then all others. If I can't make everything
the week I'm paying bills, I get it done the very next week.

food is a large $$ item. stop buying crap. I buy one sweet item and 1 salty item weekly (no not large sizes). I bought marshmallows and tortilla chips. I've lost 35 lbs. Scrape your insurance bill, get higher deductibles, pull the plugs on elec items as long as its not in a hard to reach spot. Don't forget to give some back to God. Yes, w a capital G...whoever that is to you.
