56, highly energetic with plenty of accolades, smarts and I don't trust corporate America...Help!

Resume is fractured with lots of bum experiences. The resume and experiences are fruitful, but 5 jobs in 5 years and with all the recruiters looking for 2-5 years experience makes me wonder if these bozoes want someone to develop biz and grow it.
