I started at McGraw-Hill on March of 2000, during a successful freelance career. After quickly learning the ropes I was given the responsibility of designing a full monthly magazine and Ads each month.
Over the next few years I developed my own techniques and began assisting my manager with various technological hurtles that would arise. My ability to quickly adapt and learn new software made me the go to man when developing trial work flows and implementing new hardware or software. Knowledge of both design and the hardware and software tools used in design have helped us stay efficient and ahead of the curve.
I now train new employees, develop layout templates, implement transition strategies and continually look for ways to improve our work flow. I still produce my monthly magazine and work with many companies to produce marketing pieces and custom company profiles or Ads.
